Raw material
Our excavator slewing bearings are made of high quality bar steel of 50Mn or 42CrMo which forged into bearing rings strictly accordance with the national standards of forging.
Raceway hardening
The bearing groove is quenched by the advanced automatic tracking induction quenching equipment, which can accurately control the quenching hardness and hardening depth of the groove, and ensure the slewing bearings are firm and durable.
Gear hardening
The single tooth quenching is adopted to ensure that the tooth surface and groove reach the standard quenching hardness and the inside of the tooth is soft, which guarantees the high wear resistance and impact resistance of the teeth, greatly improves the life of the teeth and reduces the risk of broken teeth.
